The FP6753 is a step-up DC/DC converter specifically designed for driving WLEDs with a constant current. The FP6753 uses current mode, fixed switching frequency architecture to regulate the LED current through an external current sense resistor. DESCRIPTION
Series connection of LEDs provides identical LED current for uniform brightness and minimizes the number of traces to the LEDs. PWM dimming input that can accept an external control signal with a duty ratio of 0-100% and a frequency of up to a few kilohertz. Other features include open LED protection, thermal shutdown protection, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) function, and over-voltage function, which can shut off the device if output voltage reaches above 2V reference voltage. The FP6753 is available in space saving SOP-8 / SOP-8(Exposed Pad) package.FEATURES
