fitipower integrated technology lnc. 23V, 1.8A, 1.4MHz Asynchronous Step-Down DC/DC Converter Description The FR9702 is a monolithic step-down switch mode converter with a built-in power MOSFET. It achieves 1.8A output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Fault condition protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and over temperature protection. The FR9702 requires a minimum number of available standard external ponents. The FR9702 is available in TSOT23-6 and SOT23-6 packages.
