Freescale Semiconductor Advance Information Document Number: MC33879 Rev 6.0, 6/2007 Configurable Octal Serial Switch with Open Load Detect Current Disable The 33879 device is an 8-output hardware-configurable, high-side / low-side switch with 16-bit serial input control. Two of the outputs may be controlled directly via microprocessor for PWM applications.

- Internal Reverse Battery Protection on VPWR
- Loss of Ground or Supply Will Not Energize Loads or Damage IC
- Maximum 5.0 µA IPWR Standby Current at 13 V VPWR
