MB90662A Description
MB90660A series microcontrollers are 16-bit microcontrollers optimized for high speed realtime processing of consumer equipment and system control of air conditioner video cameras, VCRs, and copiers. Based on the F2MC -16 CPU core, an F2MC-16L is used as the CPU. This CPU includes high-level language-support instructions and robust task switching instructions, and additional addressing modes.
