DESCRIPTION The MB39A115 is a 5-channel DC/DC converter IC using pulse width modulation (PWM) , and the MB39A115 is suitable for up conversion, down conversion, and up/down converstion. The MB39A115 is built in 5 channels into TSSOP-38P/BCC-40P package and operates at 2 MHz maximum and, this IC can control and soft-start at each channel.
