MB89PV820 Overview
MB89820 series is a line of single-chip microcontrollers using the F2MC-8L CPU core which can operate at low voltage but at high speed. In addition to an LCD controller/driver allowing 200-pixel display the microcontrollers contain a variety of peripheral functions such as timers, a UART, a serial interface, and an external interrupt.
