MB90V220 Description
The F2MC-16F CPU is based on the F2MC -16 Family with improved high-level language support functions and task switching functions, as well as additional addressing modes. The MB90P224B, MB90W224B, MB90224 is under development. F2MC stands for FUJITSU Flexible Microcontroller.
