MB15A01 Overview
The MB15A01 is a serial-input PLL (phase locked loop) frequency synthesizer LSI supporting a pulse swallow system. The LSI is housed in a 16-pin or 20-pin SSOP package, contributing to space saving of the system incorporating it. In addition, the MB15A01 operates at a low supply voltage of 3.0 V (typical), achieving low current consumption (typically ICC = 6.5 mA).
