CMOS Tag Random Access Memory
The Fujitsu MB81 C51 is a 512 entry x4 way or 1024 entry x2 way tag random access memory (Tag RAM) fabricated with CMOS technology.
The MB81 C51 is ideal for use in cache memory systems with other RAMs. This device offers the advantages of pact design and high performance in cache systems for use with 32-bit CPUs.
