Description

The Fujitsu MBL8049/MBL8039 is a totally self-contained 8-bit parallel one-chip microcomputer fabricated with an N-channel silicon gate MaS process.

The MBL8049 has a 2K x 8 ROM program memory, a 128 x 8 RAM data memory, 27 I/O ports, an 8-bit timer/counter and clock generator on chip.

The MBL8049 has a 2K x 8 ROM program memory, a 128 x 8 RAM data memory, 27 I/O ports, an 8-bit timer/counter and clock generator on chip. A single power supply of +5V is used. The MBL8039 is identical to the MBL8049 except without program memory. It can be used with external memory for system prototyping and preproduction systems.
