DESCRIPTION
The Fujitsu MBM10470A is a fully decoded 1024-bit ECl readlwrite random access memory designed for high-speed scratch pad, control and buffer storage applications. This device is organized as 4096 words by one-bit and features on-chip voltage pensation for improved noise margin.
The MBM10470A offers extremely small cell and chip size, realized through the use of Fujitsu's patented DOPOS (Doped Polysili- con), as well as l OP (Isolation by Oxide and Polysilicon) processing. As a result, very fast access time with high yields and outstanding device reliability are achieved in volume production.
Operation for the MBM10470A is specified over a temperature range of from 0 DC to 75 DC (ambient). It features frit-sealed 18-pin dual in-line packaging, and is fully patible with industrystandard 10K-series ECl families.
