DESCRIPTION The Fujitsu MBM27C64 is a high speed 65,536-bit static plementary MOS erasable and electrically reprogrammable read only memory (EPROM). It is especially suited for applications where the extremely low power consumption of CMOS is essential. The device dissipates only 40 m W/MHz when active, typically 5p.W when in standby, yet it provides the same high performance as the NMOS MBM2764-type devices.
