FRL15DDBx series of DFB laser module is designed for DWDM applications with 2.5Gbit/s direct modulation.

The module is housed in an industry standard hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package, which contains optical isolator, thermoelectric cooler, power monitor photodiode.
