The GS8706 is ultra-low-power comparator with internal hysteresis, optimized for systems powered from a 3V or 5V supply.

  • Fast, 0.9us Propagation Delay.
  • Single-Supply Operation from +1.6V ~ +5.5V.
  • Low Offset Voltage: 3mV (Max).

  • CMOS/TTL-Compatible Output.
  • Internal Hysteresis for Clean Switching.
  • No Phase Reversal for Overdriven Inputs.
