SES Series Ultra Small ESD Protector SES5VLCT523-3U ROH S Description TVS diodes are designed to replace multilayer varistors (MLVs) in portable applications such as cell phones, notebook puters, and PDA’s. They offer superior electrical characteristics such as lower clamping voltage and no device degradation when pared to MLVs. The SES5VLCT523-3U is a TVS array designed to protect I/O or data lines from the damaging effects of ESD. The SOT-523 is a very small package which allows space saving on high density printed circuit board and also gives the designer the flexibility to provide two I/O lines protection.
