ISSUED DATE :2006/04/13 REVISED DATE : Description 1 . 5 A C M O S L o w D r o p o u t Vo l t a g e R e g u l a t o r The G5J2188 of positive, linear regulator feature low ground current (45 A typ.) with low dropout voltage, making them ideal for battery applications. Output voltages are set at the factory and trimmed to 1.5% accuracy. These rugged devices have both Thermal Shutdown, and Current Fold-back to prevent device failure under the “Worst” of operating conditions. The G5J2188 is stable with an output capacitance of 4.7 F or greater.
