ISSUED DATE :2005/03/16 REVISED DATE : CMOS Positive Voltage Regulator Description The GT2153 of positive, linear regulators feature low quiescent current (30 A typ.) with low dropout voltage, making them ideal for battery applications. This rugged device has both Thermal Shutdown, and Current Fold-back to prevent device failure under the “Worst” of operating conditions. The SOT-26 version also Features a “Power Good” detector, which pulls low when the output is out of regulation. The GT2153 is stable with an output capacitance of 2.2 F or greater.
