1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The GPL133A, an 8-bit microprocessor with advanced CMOS technology, offers a wild assortment of features, including a large size of RAM and ROM, I/Os, PWM audio output, UART, low voltage detector and plus many others. The amount of 256K-byte of ROM and 4K-byte of RAM offer lots of room to store plenty of data and program. Up to 6.0MHz running speed ensures the sophisticated functions and graphics are performed in a flawless way. The 32 programmable I/Os arise the abilities in driving and communicating with other components. The built-in UART facilitates the data communication between devices. In addition, the low voltage detector reports a battery status that gives a clear signal of when to change the battery.
