The GD25LE128H (128M-bit) Serial NOR Flash supports the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), the Dual and DTR Dual SPI, and the Quad and DTR Quad SPI: Serial Clock, Chip Select, Serial Data I/O0 (SI), I/O1 (SO), I/O2 (WP#), I/O3 (HOLD#) and RESET#. The Dual I/O data is transferred with speed of 332Mbit/s, The Quad I/O data is transferred with speed of 664Mbit/s.
