Description
GD30BC2502x Datasheet The GD30BC2502x is a highly integrated low quiescent current switching battery charger control IC for 2/3/5 series cell Li-ion battery packs. It drives an external N-MOSFET that can output a charge current up to 5A through a sensing resistor and has a very high efficiency up to 90%.
