Description
The GD30SP2200x is an Over-Voltage-Protection (OVP) load switch of 50mΩ with adjustable over-voltage-lock-out (OVLO) threshold voltage. The device will turn off the internal MOSFET switch in a fast response of 450ns when the input voltage is over the pre-set OVLO threshold.
