GL1150 Description
GL1150 is an efficient liner voltage regulator with ultra low noise output, very low dropout voltage (typically 17mV at light loads and 165mV at 150mA), and very low ground current (600uA at 100mA output current). GL1150 provides better than 1% initial accuracy. Designed especially for hand-held, battery-powered devices, GL1150 includes a CMOS or TTL patible enable/ shutdown control input.
