AT1203 Description
The AT1203 is an ultra-low noise, low dropout voltage, low quiescent current CMOS LDO, capable of delivering up to 300mA. This LDO provides factory preset 1.5V, 1.8V, 1.9V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.1V, 3.3V, 4.2V and 5.0V fixed output voltage. That is ideally suited for input powered（2.5V~5.5V） from Li-Ion, NiCd, NiMH, Alkaline battery or USB-Base power system.
