Overview
The G686/G687 microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits monitor system voltages in µP and digital systems. They provide excellent circuit reliability at low cost by eliminating external components.

- Internal Set Reset Timeout Period 200ms (TYP)
- Manual RESET Input ( MR )
- Low Quiescent Current : 15µA at VCC=3.3V
