G921 - Low Quiescent Current Voltage Regulator

Description

The G921 is a three terminal positive voltage regulator made using the CMOS process.

The G921 can work in a wide operation range from 7V to 25V.

The quiescent current is small even at high input voltage.

Features

  • Low current consumption (typically 4.5µA).
  • Output voltage accuracy ±2.5%.
  • Drop-output voltage (typically) 2.5V @ 50mA loading 1.6V @10mA loading.
  • Wide operating range (max 25V).
  • Internal over temperature protection.
