G9298 Description
The G9298 series is a low supply current, high PSRR, low noise, and low dropout linear regulator that es in a space saving SOT-23-5, TSOT-23-5 and WLCSP package. The supply current at no-load is 50µA. In the shutdown mode, the maximum supply current is less than 8µA.
