ASW3221 - High-Speed DPDT Power-Off Protected Switch

Description

The ASW3221 is a high-bandwidth, double-pole double-throw (DPDT) analog switch that operates from a single 1.65V to 5.0V power supply.

The device supports bidirectional analog and digital signals on the I/O pins and can pass signals above supply up to 5.5V.

Features

  • VCC: 1.65V to 5.0V.
  • VI/O Accepts Signals Up to 5.5V Beyond Power Supply VCC.
  • 1.8V Compatible Control Pin Inputs.
  • Low-Power When nOE is Disabled (1.0µA).
  • RON is typically 4Ω at VCC = 3.3V.
  • ∆RON is typically 0.5Ω at VCC = 3.3V.
  • Channel On-Capacitance: 6pF Maximum.
  • Low Current Consumption ICC: 75µA (typ. ) at VCC = 3.3V.
  • High Bandwidth: 1.3GHz Typically.
  • Operating Temperature: -40°C to +125°C.
  • ESD ≥ 2kV Human-Body Model (HBM).
  • Low Crosstal.
