  • Supply Voltage: 3.3V or 2.5V or 1.8V.
  • fmax = 250MHz for 3.3V & 2.5V.
  • fmax = 200MHz for 1.8V.
  • Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to 105°C.
  • Available in 8-Pin TSSOP or DFN Packages.
