HM5669 Description
HM5669 develops a step-up DC/DC converter that delivers an accurate constant current for driving LEDs. Operating at a fixed switching frequency of 1MHz allows the device to be used with small value external ceramic capacitors and inductor. The LED current is programmable through the external resistor.
