HTD9300 Overview
The HTD9300 is a sensor-less, PWM sine-wave driver for three-phase brushless DC motor. A sine-wave method usually delivers a more silent driving. The device include start-up circuit, back-EMF mutation control, PWM speed control, voltage speed control, lock protection, and over temperature shutdown protection circuit.
