TJ2205 Overview
The TJ2205X is dual-channel High-Side MOSFET switches optimized for general-purpose power distribution requiring circuit protection. The TJ2205 series support the following USB requirements. Each of the two channels supplies up to 500mA as required by USB downstream devices.
