Description
LM39101D-X.X LM39102D SOP-8 The LM39100/1/2 is 1A low-dropout linear voltage X.X = Output Voltage = 1.5, 1.8, 2.5, 3.3, 5.0 regulators that provide low-voltage, high-current output. The LM39100/1/2 offers extremely low dropout (typically 410mV at 1A) and low ground current (typically 12mA at 1A).
