LP431 Product details

Description

The LP431 is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator with a specified thermal stability.

The output voltage may be set to any value between VREF and 36V with two external resistors.

Features

Programmable Output Voltage to 36V.
Extended Cathode Current Range 80µA to 100mA.
Low (Typ. 0.08Ω) Dynamic Output Impedance.
Adjustable Output Voltage.
Fast Turn-on Response.
Low Output Noise.
Excellent Temperature Coefficient 25ppm/°C.
Available in SOT-23-3L Package LP431 SOT-23 PKG 2 TOP 1 3.
