HWCAT A. General description: CSC8801A This timing controller is a synchronizing signal controlling CMOS array LSI for Mingstar LCD module. With external VCO as the master clock, the controller has built-in phase locked loop system which can synchronize the master clock with the horizontal and vertical Sync. signals from a classical TV system. The applicable Mingstar TFT-LCD modules are SM261D series, MTL020D01, MTL025D01, MTL040D01,MTL068D01, MTL070W01. www.DataSheet4U.com B.
