HANBit FLASH-ROM MODULE 2MByte (512K x 32-Bit) Part No. HMF51232M4Y GENERAL DESCRIPTION The HMF51232M4Y is a high-speed flash read only memory (FROM) module containing 524,288 words organized in a x32bit configuration.
