HK70XX Series are a set of three-terminal low power voltage detectors implemented in NMOS technology.

Each voltage detector in the series detects a particular fixed voltage ranging from 2.0V to 7.0V.

General Description HK70XX Series are a set of three-terminal low power voltage detectors implemented in NMOS technology. Each voltage detector in the series detects a particular fixed voltage ranging from 2.0V to 7.0V.
