Agilent Technologies’s MGA-725M4 is an economical, easy-to-use GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), which is designed for an adaptive CDMA receiver LNA and adaptive CDMA transmit driver amplifier. The MGA-725M4 features a typical noise figure of 1.4 dB and 14.4 dB associated gain from a single stage, feedback FET amplifier.
