The HWS467 is a GaAs SP3T switch operating at 0.5-3.0 GHz in a low cost miniature QFN12L (3 x 3 mm) plastic lead (Pb) free package.

Low Insertion Loss: 0.4 dB @ 1.0 GHz QFN12L (3 x 3 mm) 0.5 dB @ 2.5 GHz.
Isolation: 27 dB @ 1.0 GHz 20 dB @ 2.5 GHz.
Low DC Power Consumption.
