The HX2001 is 300mA low dropout linear regulator optimized to provide a high performance solution to low power system.

The device offers a new level of cost-effective performance in cellular phones, laptop and notebook computers, and other portable devices.

  • Shut-down Current: < 0.1μA.
  • Input Voltage: 1.8V ～ 5.5V.

  • Package: SOT-23-5 / SC70-5 (lead-free packaging is now available).
  • Specified from: -40℃ ～ +85℃.
