HX8660-A Description
March, 2006 The HX8660-A is a 240 channel outputs gate driver used for driving the gate electrode of TFT LCD panel. It is designed for 2-level output with maximum +40V output driving voltage. This device is applicable for a wide range of panel resolution including VGA and UXGA.
