HiFluoro Pseudomonas HiVeg Agar Base MV1469 HiFluoro Pseudomonas HiVeg Agar Base is recommended for selective isolation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from clinical and non-clinical specimens by fluorogenic method. Composition** Ingredients HiVeg Peptone No.2 Magnesium chloride Potassium sulphate Cetrimide Fluorogenic mixture Agar Final pH ( at 25°C) **Formula adjusted, standardized to suit performance parameters Gms / Litre 18.000 1.400 10.000 0.300 2.050 15.000 7.2±0.2 Directions Suspend 46.75 grams in 1000 ml distilled water containing 10ml glycerol. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
