HD404318 Description
The HD404318 Series is 4-bit HMCS400-series microputer with large-capacity memory designed to increase program productivity. Each microputer has an A/D converter and input capture timer built in. They also e with high-voltage I/O pins that can directly drive a fluorescent display.
