HD404339 Description
The HD404339 Series is 4-bit HMCS400-Series microputer with large-capacity memory designed to increase program productivity. Each microputer has an A/D converter, input capture timer, and a 32kHz oscillator circuit for clock use all built in. They also e with high-voltage I/O pins that can directly drive a fluorescent display.
