HD74LV20A is Dual 4-input Positive NAND Gates manufactured by Hitachi Semiconductor.
Description
The HD74LV20A performs the Boolean functions Y = A- B- C- D or Y = A+B + C + D in positive logic. Low-voltage and high-speed operation is suitable for the battery-powered products (e.g., notebook puters), and the low-power consumption extends the battery life.
