The HD66215T is a mon driver for a large dot matrix liquid crystal graphic display (LCD).

The driver’s 100 channels can be divided into two groups of 50 channels by selecting data input/ output pins.

Outputs X1 to X10 and X91 to X100 can be disabled by mode selection.

Duty cycle: About 1/64 to 1/240.
100 internal LCD drive circuits (101-channel mode can be selected for a 101-output version).
High output voltage for driving the LCD: 10 to 28 V.
Output division function (50 × 2-output).
