General Description

The HD66720 dot-matrix liquid crystal display controller (LCD) and driver LSI incorporates a key-scan function and an LED display function, and displays alphanumeric character and symbols.

A single HD66720 is capable of displaying a single 10-character line or two 8-character lines.

In addition, a single line of up to 40 characters can be displayed with extension drivers.
