General Description

m com e The HMC226 & HMC226E are low-cost SPDT switR ches in 6-lead SOT26 packages for use in transmitNot receive applications which require very low distortion at high signal power levels.

The device can control signals from DC to 2.0 GHz and is especially suited for 450 MHz, 900 MHz, and 1.8 - 2 GHz applications with 0.5 to 0.8 dB loss.

The design provides exceptional P1dB and intermodulation performance;
