General Description

The HMC314 is a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC amplifier that operates from a single positive supply.

This amplifier also incorporates a power down feature.

When the “Vpd” pin is held low, the amplifier will shut down.
