General Description

The HTG13J0 is a processor from Holtek s 4-bit stand alone single chip microcontroller specially designed for LCD product applications.

It is especially suited for applications requiring low power consumption system with many LCD segments, such as calculator, scale, subsystem controller, hand-held LCD products and electronic appliances.
