Overview
This series of devices are Flash Memory type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontrollers with fully integrated touch key function. With the touch key function provided internally and with the convenience of Flash Memory multi-programming features, these devices have all the features to offer designers a reliable and easy means of implementing Touch Keyes within their products applications.
- Operating voltage:
- fSYS = 8MHz: 2.7V~5.5V (BS83A04A-3)
- fSYS = 8MHz: 2.2V~5.5V (BS83A02A-4/BS83A04A-4)
- Up to 0.5μs instruction cycle with 8MHz system clock at VDD =5V
- Power down and wake-up functions to reduce power consumption
- Fully integrated low and high speed internal oscillators
- Low Speed -- 32kHz
- High speed -- 8MHz
- Multi-mode operation: NORMAL, SLOW, IDLE and SLEEP
- Fully integrated internal 8MHz oscillator requires no external components
